Tips for using with fondant/sugar paste/clay: 1 Rub tiny bit of shortening/oil into mould to avoid sticking 2 Press modelling clays/sugar paste into mould 3 Turn the mould over and carefully peel it back, allowing the piece to come out on its own. It will help shapes keeping. 4 If it is too soft for release, try to (a) add hardener (b) place in freezer compartment of refrigerator
